2010 has been an eventful year for Welsh glam metallers Tigertailz, having filled the bass slot that was left vacant after the death of Pepsi Tate in 2007 with Sarah Firebrand, whilst Robin Guy recently came on board as the new drummer, following the departure of Matt Blakout earlier this year. Tigertailz have now announced that they will be performing a Christmas show on December 16th at The Scala in Kings Cross, London. Frontman Kim Hooker says; “Things have been tough over the last few years but the response to our comeback has been a revelation… We’re all having such an amazing time and it feels great to be in this band again. The Scala will be a special Christmas show, and we’ll be playing tracks from all our main albums. The band has never sounded this good.”
Tigertailz are also set to release a live album, which will mark the twentieth anniversary of their breakthrough album Bezerk. The support act is yet to be announced but the after-show party will run until 3am. Tickets cost £15 in advance and can be purchased from Ticketweb and Scala!

Awesome, I’m going, that’s all there is to it!
