TOUR DATES – The Cure Announce European Festival Dates

Three years on from their thirteenth studio album 4:13 Dream, which strongly divided critics upon its initial release, ’80s survivors and goth icons The Cure continue to tour regularly, having spent 2011 performing all around the United States, with additional dates in Europe and Australia, while the band also released the career-spanning Bestival Live 2011 on CD.
Additionally, they also performed their first three albums, Three Imaginary Boys, Seventeen Seconds and Faith (all released between 1979 and 1981), in a series of shows.
The Cure have announced three festival dates that will take place in Europe this summer. The dates are as follows:
June 2012:
- 16th-16th. Hultsfred Festival, Sweden, SWEDEN (tickets)
- 22nd-24th. Hurricane Festival, Germany (tickets)
- Southside Festival, Germany (tickets)
