Having made their live debut in the UK in December, Black Country Communion are set to embark on a short tour during the summer, with their first date being a performance at the High Voltage Festival in London on July 24th. The group are currently working on their second album with producer Kevin Shirley, following their highly acclaimed Black Country release last year. Frontman Glenn Hughes revealed yesterday via Twitter; “2morrow is a big day..I start recording the vox for BCC 2 with Kevin…Joe is doin’ his vox as well…we’ll sing 2gether on on a few songs.” Meanwhile, Shirley revealed on his Facebook group page last Monday; “going to mix the December 30 BCC show from Shepherd’s Bush today…. we shot it on video – who knows what will become of it, but it’s awesome to have a record of it! It’s a busy year – and fully booked.”
