It has been almost thirty years since Ace Frehley first left Kiss but the iconic guitarist continues to perform their material in his shows. Despite reuining with the group in 1996 for six years, who was then replaced by Tommy Thayer, Frehley only performed guitar on two tracks of their 1998 album Psycho Circus, with his last full appearance being their 1981 record Music from The Elder (his face had appeared on the front cover to Creatures of the Night the following year but he had not appeared on the album).
Examiner.com report that Frehley took to the stage of the St Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Florida, yesterday evening and performed a set that included a mixture of solo material and early Kiss classics, including Love Gun, Deuce, Cold Gin and Shock Me.
