Frontman Vince Neil has lived through his fair share of dramas too; commencing in December 1984 when the car he was driving while intoxicated crashed, resulting in the death of Hanoi Rocks drummer Razzle, while more recently he was once again arrested for a DUI in Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas Sun report that the fifty-year-old singer will be honoured in August with a Lifetime Achievement in Rock ’n’ Roll Award; “The presentation will be made in the main showroom of the Las Vegas Hilton as part of the Vegas Rocks! Magazine Awards on Aug. 21… A raft of rockers will be on hand to salute Vince, and I’m told that there will be a huge red carpet turnout at the awards, with more than 200 musicians on hand. Vegas Rocks! Magazine Publisher Sally Steele said, “We will be honoring Vince with the Lifetime Achievement in Rock ’n’ Roll” Award, and there is no one that deserves it more than Vince.”"
