NEWS – Justin Bieber vs. Slipknot Mash-Up Appears Online

Over recent years, the so-called ‘mash-up’ – the combination of two tracks completely different artists – have become an internet phenomenon. Some, such as the Johnny Cash vs. Cypress Hill remix of Get Rhythm, have worked a treat, whilst others have been amateur at best. The latest artists to be mashed together are irritating Canadian teen sensation Justin Bieber and metal icons Slipknot who, ironically, formed just one years after Bieber was born. In theory this really shouldn’t work, and it is an abomination in every conceivable way, yet those responsible should be commended for somehow bringing the two artists together in such a way.

The two tracks in question are Slipknot‘s 2008 single Psychosocial (from their last album, All Hope Is Gone) and Bieber’s hit from last year, Baby, which was originally a collaboration with rapper Ludacris.
